Specialist of Technical Support

Requirements to the candidate:

  • Preferred experience in telecommunication or information technology area
  • Experience in the administration of Microsoft operating systems line (Microsoft Windows 2000 - Windows 7)
  • Skills in setting of office equipment (phones, printers, scanners, faxes)
  • Experienced user of Microsoft office package and applications
  • Basic understanding of network technologies, TCP/IP protocol stack
  • Basic understanding of wiki
  • English language for typing
  • Activity, responsibility, self-discipline, presentable appearance. 

Functional duties:

  • Technical support of users, including regional branches:
    • Performance of preventive maintenance
    • Installation, connection and configuration of PC and software
  • Basic diagnostics of technical troubles:
    • Self-contained decision-making about trouble diagnostics
    • Effective diagnostics of infrastructure based on information from user
    • Analysis of incidents
  • Registration of requests according to registration algorithm.
