Requirements to the candidate:
- Preferred experience in telecommunication or information technology area
- Experience in the administration of Microsoft operating systems line (Microsoft Windows 2000 - Windows 7)
- Skills in setting of office equipment (phones, printers, scanners, faxes)
- Experienced user of Microsoft office package and applications
- Basic understanding of network technologies, TCP/IP protocol stack
- Basic understanding of wiki
- English language for typing
- Activity, responsibility, self-discipline, presentable appearance.
Functional duties:
- Technical support of users, including regional branches:
- Performance of preventive maintenance
- Installation, connection and configuration of PC and software
- Basic diagnostics of technical troubles:
- Self-contained decision-making about trouble diagnostics
- Effective diagnostics of infrastructure based on information from user
- Analysis of incidents
- Registration of requests according to registration algorithm.
